⚠️ Infinex will only ever request your seed phrase within the secure wallet import flow. We will never contact you directly to ask for it. Keep your seed phrase and private keys private - anyone who has access to them will have full control over your wallet.
Importing your wallets allows you to bring all your existing wallets to the one place. No more hopping between apps or guessing which wallet holds what - just one clean interface for perps, Swidge, and your full portfolio. By bringing all your wallets together, you can:
View your entire portfolio in the one place
Multi-wallet support everywhere in the app - swidge, perps, etc
Access multi-wallet support in the extension, including signing with any imported wallet
Stop switching between apps just to check balances or sign something
You can import up to 20 wallets into your Infinex account, for quick access to all our accounts.
Which wallets can I import?
You can import any wallet that uses a seed phrase of up to 24 words and supports the following chains: Arbitrum, Base, Berachain, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Inkchain, Optimism, Polygon, Solana & Unichain.
Note: Wallets that use only a private key or a 25 word seed phrase cannot be imported yet. We're actively working on adding support for more networks, hardware wallets and private-key imports soon.

FAQs
FAQs
Can I import my wallet using a private key?
Not yet. This is currently under development and will be available soon.
Is my seed phrase safe?
The seed phrase you enter is encrypted and saved to your Turnkey account (that one that your Infinex account is based on), and can only be accessed and decrypted inside Turnkey’s secure enclave with your secret (your Infinex account passkey). When you paste or type in your seed phrase, the input is isolated from the Infinex app, and encrypted on its way to Turnkey, to avoid man-in-the-middle attacks. Infinex never interacts with, or accesses your seed phrase directly, which is inline with Infinex’s non-custodial posture.
Does importing move my funds into Infinex?
No. Importing simply lets Infinex view and manage your wallet. Your assets remain on-chain and under your control.
Are hardware wallets supported?
Not yet. We’re looking to add support for Ledger soon
Can I remove an imported wallet?
Yes. You can remove any wallet from your account at any time. This does not delete or affect your wallet - your funds remain safe.
I’ve lost access to my account, how do I recovery my funds via imported wallets?
Account recovery for imported wallets will be supported soon.
What if my wallet import fails?
Double-check that:
Your seed phrase is correct
The wallet’s network is supported by Infinex.
If you’re still experiencing issues, feel free to reach out via opening a ticket through our support website, our team will come back to you as soon as possible.
