Some operating systems and browsers do not yet support native passkey support. If this applies to you, you may need to use a USB Security Key, like a Yubikey, to set up a passkey to create an Infinex Account. Please ensure your device has bluetooth, as this is required to setup your passkey.

Depending on the specifications of your operating system, browser, and device, your account creation flow may differ to the one described in this guide. If you encounter issues with account creation, please open a ticket through our support site.

To create your Infinex Account:

1. Enter your desired Infinex Username

2. You will be asked where you would like to save your passkey. To use a USB Security Key, insert your device now

3. Create and enter a PIN for your USB security key, and confirm it if necessary

4. Touch your USB security key

5. Infinex is creating your account

6. Add an email where we can send important notifications, such as withdrawals (optional)
