Supported Assets & Network FAQs

Can I deposit tokens through networks not on the list?

Only deposit supported tokens through supported networks. Depositing tokens through networks that are not currently supported cannot be withdrawn from your Infinex account unless they are implemented at a later date.

Why am I seeing weird spam tokens in my account?

With the launch of Broad Asset Support, some of these may be spam tokens that were airdropped to your address. Not all of these are filtered out by default, so its best practice to only interact with tokens you trust.

Why are spam tokens filtered out but not others?

We do use a spam token filter that automatically hides spam tokens, however not all spam tokens may be detected, you can hide these from your wallet.

How do I hide spam tokens from my account?

  • Go to your Wallet → Tokens Tab → Select “Hide”

If you want to unhide these tokens later:

  • Select Settings → Preferences → Asset Display, where you can manage your hidden assets

Why is my token showing up as “unverified”?

An unverified token on Infinex refers to a token that has not yet been verified within our system or a token that has not consistently maintained a high ranking on CoinGecko over time. An unverified token doesn’t necessarily mean the token is unsafe to interact with, it simply means we don’t have enough trusted sources or haven’t verified it in our system. If you know and trust the token, you can ignore the unverified token warning.
