Deposits FAQ
Deposits FAQ
What assets can I deposit into my Infinex account?
You can find the full list of supported assets here. Always double-check that the asset and contract address match before depositing. You cannot currently deposit fiat directly into Infinex.
I have deposited funds, but the balance is not reflecting what I deposited. Why?
Here are some common reasons:
The token or network isn’t currently supported by Infinex.
The deposit address didn’t match the one provided in your account.
The token’s market value changed (crypto is volatile!).
The blockchain transaction is still processing – your balance updates once it’s confirmed.
You’ll receive a notification once your deposit is complete.
I sent a token to my Infinex account using an unsupported network. Are my funds lost?
No - your funds have not been lost. However, because the network is currently unsupported, the tokens are not accessible at this time. You may be able to recover your funds if the network is supported on the Infinex platform later on.
Why do I have to pay a gas fee to complete a deposit?
The deposit transaction is executed on the blockchain and is NOT facilitated by Infinex, you will need to pay a gas fee to deposit.
My issue does not fall into the category of the ones listed above. What should I do?
