Deposits FAQ

What tokens can I deposit into my Infinex account?

The supported tokens can be found here and should be crossed checked with the correct address. Before depositing, users should ensure that the token deposited is corrected by verifying with the contract address. You currently cannot deposit fiat directly into your Infinex account.

I have deposited funds, but the balance is not reflecting what I deposited. Why?

Here is a checklist if your deposited funds may not show up on your Infinex dashboard:

  • Verify if the token you have deposited is supported by Infinex currently.

  • Verify the address that you sent the token to is the one provided by Infinex.

  • Verify the new value of your tokens. Some assets are volatile assets, meaning they fluctuate in price.

  • As transactions on the blockchain may take time to process, your balance on the Infinex UI will only update once the deposit transaction is successful. You will receive a notification once the deposit is complete.

I’ve sent an unsupported token to my Infinex account. Have my funds been lost?

No, your funds have NOT been lost. Depending on the token that you have sent, you may be able to recover your funds if the asset is supported on the Infinex platform later on.

Why do I have to pay a gas fee to complete a deposit?

The deposit transaction is executed on the blockchain and is NOT facilitated by Infinex, you will need to pay a gas fee to deposit. However, Infinex will cover any gas fees required for your withdrawals, swaps, and/or bridges.

My issue does not fall into the category of the ones listed above. What should I do?
