What is private send?
Private send lets you send and swidge assets privately. It is available in the Labs section of your Infinex Account. It swaps your tokens and sends them to a destination address through Houdini, which routes the transaction across multiple exchanges. This breaks the direct link between the originating wallet and final recipient on-chain. To learn more about how Houdini Swap works, check out their docs: Houdini Swap Works
How to use private send
Navigate to Labs in your Infinex account
Enter or select the address & click private toggle model
Select the asset and amount you want to send & the asset you want to receive
Review the quote details and confirm
Wait for the transaction to complete - the estimated time will be displayed in the quote

What’s the typical processing time?
Private send go through Houdini's off-chain processing. This typically takes 10 to 50 minutes, but can vary depending on the route and network congestion. If your swap has been processing for more than an hour, contact support with your order details.
Where can I view the transaction hash and see the status of my transaction? Head to the activity feed in your Infinex Account to view the transaction and view the blockchain explorer link. This shows the current on-chain status of your funds.
What happens if my send fails?
If Houdini can't complete the send (network issues, expiry, etc.), your funds will be refunded to your original wallet. If your send shows as failed but you haven't received a refund, contact our support team with your order ID.
What's the minimum send size?
$50 USD.
Can I use private send from the main swidge page?
Not currently, private send is only available from the Labs section as it is in experimental mode, however it will be rolling out to the main swidge page soon.
