The Pectra Upgrade is a major upgrade to the Ethereum Network & compatible chains that changes how your wallet works. For Infinex users, this upgrade lays the foundation for the next phase of Infinex, making your wallet address more functional and compatible with future features. Here’s whats changing:
You will receive a new deposit address that is compatible with future features
The first upgrade will include Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Unichain, Berachain and Ink Chain. The addresses for these chains will be updated to the new one.
If you had funds on these networks, you'll be prompted to migrate those funds to your new deposit address. Any funds sent to the old address are safe and can be migrated again at any point.
How do I migrate my funds?
When you log in to your Infinex Account, you’ll see a message prompting to get your account ready for the next phase of Infinex. From there, follow the steps in-app to migrate your assets to your new deposit address. If you don’t have any funds on the upgraded networks, we won’t prompt you to migrate them.

Log in to your Infinex Account
When prompted, select “Get started”
Your new address will be shown, tap “Continue”
If you have funds to migrate, select “Migrate assets” to move funds from old address to your new one
Confirm the migration with your passkey
Wait for the migration to complete
Your funds are now ready in your new deposit address

Why do I need to migrate my funds?
All Infinex accounts will receive a new deposit address that is compatible with the Pectra Upgrade. To continue using Infinex features, the funds in your old deposit address will need to be migrated to your new one.
What happens if I don’t migrate my funds?
Until you complete the migration on the available networks, you won’t be able to view and use the funds on those networks. We’ll remind you that you have funds in your old address and these will remain safe for when you decide to migrate them.
Why can’t I see my assets on Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Unichain, Berachain and Ink Chain?
If you haven’t migrated your funds, your assets won’t appear in your asset list - but they’re still visible in your balance. To view and use them, simply migrate your funds when prompted in-app.
Can I still access my old address?
Yes. Your old address remains under your control however, it will no longer be used for deposits or transactions inside Infinex. For all future activity, use your upgraded address.
I sent funds to my old address. What should I do?
Your old address is still linked to your account, and your funds are still safe. But they won’t show in your asset list until you migrate them. We will prompt you any time we detect funds in your old address and just follow the steps to migrate them.
Can I use my new address on all EVM networks?
Not yet. Each network needs to support the Pectra Upgrade before your new address works there. Always double check your deposit address before depositing funds.
Does anything change about my Vaults?
No your Infinex Vaults remain the same.
